It\'s my pleasure to introduce myself. Well, I\'m Chandrima! I have 7 years of experience in the Learning Management System and E-learning domain. Initially, E-learning was my necessity to survive in the professional world. But we all knew \"Necessity is the mother of invention\" so, I converted my necessity into my passion to invent a new career path. Though I have started my career in Sales & Marketing. But E-learning and its booming industries gives me the passion to follow my dreams. My hunger for knowledge drives me towards curiosity, and my curiosity drives me towards the challenges and challenges expands my limitations and finds the way to believe in my abilities. Well, I can only repeat what Albert Einstein said:\"I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious\". I\'m very straightforward and believe in transparency. The more you are transparent, the more I like you. As an overall person, I\'m very fun-loving, love to travel to different countries, love to explore different cultures, rituals, costumes, foods, and languages. I\'m a trained Indian Classical Dancer, specialised in “Ranbindra Nritya”, certified by Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, West Bengal. I have received certification in the First division with Distinction for Junior Diploma- Sangeet Manjari & Senior Diploma- Sangeet Sree, Sangeet Bivakar and Sangeet Ratna for my Dancing. I’m also a Classical Singer, specialised in “Rabindra Sangeet”, certified by Bengal Music College, West Bengal and received certification in the First division for my singing. My first ever recognition I have received in 1997 for participating and holding the 2nd position at State level (Junior Group) Singing Competition conducted by Mayurakshi Gramin Bank Employees’ & Officers Association, West Bengal (Now Pashchim Banga Gramin Bank). Also, love to paint the canvas in my spare time. My strengths are my attitude that I like to take challenges that I CAN DO IT. I don\'t like to say my weakness but I am a very good listener towards my improvement. I believe in myself and my hard work and I want perfection in everything. I\'m always looking for such a platform where I can grow my career along with the organization growth like yours and my goal is I want to be one of the reasons for the success of the organization. My ethic is \" I never neglect an opportunity for my improvement\".
