Ensure timely communication, feedback and solutions against the technical query / problem-Joint testing at customer to resolve complaints, understand customer test method and the specific requirements-Plant / Lab Trials at customer\'s end to understand the process requirements which help to give inputs to R&D for further developments- Detail knowledge of specific applications for giving proper solutions to the customers-Regular customer visits for technical discussions and product promotions-Periodic review of samples sent to the customers-Preparation of the marketing tools such as product comparisons, behavior of pigments in different resin systems etc-Ensure that the Complaints are resolved on time-Ensure that appropriate preventive measures are implemented to prevent the recurrence of the complaints -Information collection from various customers, experts etc-Lab trials & standardization-Create and forward Design input in detail to R&D, considering the Global requirements-Monitor the various development stages of R&D and help the project leader to meet the customer requirements.
