Worked on various phases of Signalling which includes a) Application Logic Design b) Verification of Designs c) Analysis and trouble shooting of MLK II Application Data during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) d) Functional Testing e) Site Testing and Commissioning. Installation, Interfacing, Testing and Commissioning of SSI (Solid State Interlocking), RRI/PI. Preparation of test sheets and test procedures for testing and commissioning. Testing and Commissioning of DC Track Circuit, Axle Counter and Intermediate Block Signalling. Testing of CTC and local Control cum Indication Panel (Both PC and Domino based) Installation, Interfacing, Testing and Commissioning of On-Board System for ERTMS Level-1 Accomplished thorough understanding on various customer’s standards, Interlocking concepts and practices for different railways. For instance a) Malaysian Railways: North Double Track Project b) Indian Railways: Eastern Railway, East Coast Railway, South Eastern Railway, South east Central Railway. Configuration, Testing & Commissioning and trouble shooting of communication equipments like Ruggedcoms, MOXA and OSD used with MLK-II. Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of big stations with distributed architecture. MLK units communicating with each other through Ruggedcom servers by using OFC. Some of the big yards commissioned are: MURI - 383 routes (13+13 configuration) CHITPUR - 240 routes (11+11 configuration). PENDURTI- 295 routes (8+8 configuration) JASIDIH - 127 routes (8+8 configuration) Involved in design and Testing of MicroLok Interlocking Simulator System (MISS Setup) for Ansaldo STS, Kolkata. Setup is to be used for FAT testing of big stations having up to 16 MLK card files.
