Project: DUCO Reconciliation- Payment | Cards Reconciliation\\\\nRole & Responsibilities:\\\\n• Working with business and client to Configure and Deploy Reonciliation solutions on DUCO Platform.\\\\n• Building New Reconciliaton set up/configuration on DUCO as per the requirement received from the Client.\\\\n• Translating complex business needs into clear and concise Functional Requirement Document FRD.\\\\n• Interacting with business users to gather requirements and prepare BRD/FRD, User Stories in JIRA.\\\\n• Creating and setting up New Reconcilations (Company, Balance Pool, Accounts and Dept. codes).\\\\n• Setting up complex Auto Matching rules to enhance the Auto matching rates on DUCO Recon.\\\\n• Performing System Integration and User Accepting Testing and verifying the system performance.\\\\n• Providing Production Parallel support once the Reconciliation goes live and assisting to resolve the issues.\\\\n• Feed Investigation to ensure all the transactions fed into system for smooth functioning of the process.\\\\n\\\\nProject: Intellimatch Reconciliation IB\\\\nRole & Responsibilities:\\\\n• Interacting with business users to gather requirements and prepare BRD/FRD, User Stories.\\\\n• Setting up Complex Auto-Matching rules to enhance matching rate in the Intellimatch Recon.\\\\n• Collaborate with business and other IT applications to plan and deliver the Reconciliation.\\\\n• Performing administrative activities such as Account opening, amendment and closing for Intellimatch.\\\\n• Providing Production Parallel support once the New Recon goes live to assist batch monitoring and out of Balance.\\\\n• Validating the new changes and test them in SIT & UAT prior to implementing changes in production environment.\\\\n• Responsible for writing and managing requirements as User Stories and Epics preferably using tools such as JIRA.\\\\n• Working with Product Managers and Seniors to undertake requirement with clients and internal stakeholders.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
