   OpCo: Cepheid HRBP in the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Bangladesh and India • Drove end-to-end Strategic Workforce Planning, Organization Optimization, and RIF processes for APAC to ensure business alignment while saving costs for the company (approx. USD 356K) and maintaining/enhancing employee engagement. Partnered with other OpCos to seek internal roles for 70%+ of impacted workforce. • Achieved HR Operational Excellence by managing APAC HR Ops team. • Launched HR newsletters, office hours, trainings towards providing excellent support and enhancing employee engagement (further increased APAC Customer Care Engagement by 6+ pts and all across APAC by 7+pts despite 2 RIF events in the span of 6 months; achieved 94% participation rate).
