Evaluation of tender documents and understand the clear scope of work • Prepare and record the technical clarification sheets and arrange the KOM (Kick of Meeting ) with client to clarify initial stage clarifications • Prepare project schedule and ITP submit to client • Prepare and submit initial P & ID and GAD With the help of Design team. • Prepare the Technical data sheets(Electrical, mechanical & Instrumentation ) •, Evaluate the different quotes with respect to technical requirements, cost, Lead time and select the supplier to release MR. • Liaising directly with client clients to ensure requirements are met and engineer specifications are complied with scope • Controlling the manufacturing of pressure vessels to ASME and liaising with outside vendors • Understanding codes and Standards (API619, API 520,ASME 31.3,ASME 16.5, NEMA MG-1, 841, IP Ratings ). • Always focus on the package delivery date and schedule. • Arranging external inspectors based of requirements. • Prepare and submitting the documents on time based of VDRL, SDRL along with CRS • Prepare and invite client for FAT • Packing and delivery the Skids as per agreed standard.
