These installations provided ITSM solutions to multiple global clients under the “managed service” framework. I also successfully established and managed virtual teams operating in a shared services model. I developed and implemented initiatives that resulted in client retention, acquisition of new business, and significant cost savings. I effectively managed the financial aspects of the operations area, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring budget versus actuals. I built and managed a diverse and specialized team of product support management, encompassing multiple tools in the ITSM space and monitoring. I led teams responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, which included transition management, consulting, business analysis, solution development (using waterfall, prototyping, and agile methodologies), IT service management (incident, problem, change, and asset management, CMDB), new ITSM implementations, and client onboarding onto the largest remedy managed service.I am passionate about delivering high-quality results and driving business growth.
