I am on a journey to help scale RDash, under the leadership of two-time experienced founders and an incredible core team with a well established right to win. We address the significant technology gap in the Construction industry. I’m leading the mid-market and enterprise sales for North India and contributing a significant % to company top-line. I’ve seen the landscape evolve and certain macro trends shaping up in the Indian construction industry. RDash happened at Masters’ Union, a place where I experienced incredible horizon broadening I needed after spending my early years in hotels.Prior to my MBA I spent years firefighting ops while striving to deliver exceptional customer experiences as a former Manager at ITC Hotels where I started as an undergraduate student, turned management-trainee (WLP/ Welcomlegionnaire Programme).After MT spent 3+ years as an Asst Manager where I led a team of over 40 members who optimised hotel front office operations.It takes a moment for an orchestra to turn to noise in hotel ops; it was a great learning ground and solid foundation building.I also had the privilege of passing on what I’ve learnt to 30+ students in the Vocational Training Programme by EHL in collaboration with CII and ITC Hotels. During my schooling years, I co-founded a cycling club which also happened to be the first government-recognised cycling body in West Bengal, promoting cycling as both a sport and a sustainable lifestyle choice.Core work Belief that remains unchanged over a decade - Team >> Self
