Currently the Contract Manager for NI business of Nokia India supporting Webscale, Enterprise, Emerging Business and CSP accounts. I draft, obtain internal alignment, negotiate & agree with customer, own & control the scope in implementation, change / claims and risk management of high value / long term contracts. All customer interactions and discussions on the contracts fall under my purview.I was earlier, the E2E Commercial Contract Manager for Reliance JIO, Vodafone-Idea and Tata Accounts which constituted around two thirds of the Nokia’s India’s business revenues, I owned all contracts under the said Accounts end-to-end i.e. from Pre-RFP to execution to closure.
