Today, I serve as SVP of AI at Korn Ferry Digital, leading a global team of 50+ engineers, data scientists, and analysts that drives AI across a $400M business unit. From career recommendation algorithms to AI-driven pay equity models, I’ve built scalable platforms that bring trust, fairness, and impact into enterprise AIBeyond HR Tech, my journey includes a decade as a management consultant, where I advised global enterprises on growth, globalization, and technology strategy. I also serve as an Independent Director and Chairman of the IT Strategy Committee at Digamber Finance, where I’m helping the company transform into a next-generation digital finance platform — balancing governance, compliance, and innovationAlongside my work in AI and HR Tech, I’ve developed a deep passion for FinTech and financial inclusion.
