Expert in OSHA PSM elements and continuously improving the best practices around PSM covered process. Conducting PSSR (pre-startup safety reviews) prior to authorizing the change in the plant. Selection, installation and qualification for various types of equipment. Overseeing CMOs manufacturing activities including review of various documents prior to and after production (mainly focused in pharma industry). Early and late stage development activities including technology transfer, process validation. Understanding of API regulatory requirements including cGMP and ICH guidelines. Handling production activities according to cGMP/PSM guidelines for manufacturing of various products.
