   Led the growth in borrowing profile from Rs 800 crore to over Rs crore in eleven years across Aditya Birla Finance Ltd (ABFL) and Aditya Birla Housing Finance Ltd (ABHFL). Diversified the borrowing mix from short-term to short- plus long-term (and a mix of domestic and international borrowings), keeping pace with a dynamically changing asset profile. Initiated relationships with over 30 banks with Material Relationships of Rs crore plus with 7 banks in ABFL and 5 banks in ABHFL.• Treasury Team recognized for its contribution through Functional Excellence Awards at ABFL for six consecutive years from FY 2015-16 to FY 2020-21. We also won the Functional Excellence award at the Financial Services level (ABFSG) in FY 2016-17 and again in FY 2019-20. We were runner’s up in the Aditya Birla Group planet award competition in FY 2015-16. • Rating upgrade to for ABFL and ABHFL by India Ratings in November 2017, and ICRA in August 2018.Key responsibilities include:• To build and sustain healthy relationships with Banks, Mutual Funds, Corporates, Insurance Companies, FIIs, Multilat agencies, Trustees, Rating Agencies etc. • To optimize the cost of debt through borrowing mix, tenor and timing. • To broaden the investor base • Liquidity management• To periodically review the borrowing program and dynamically manage it based on changing needs of the organization and the external environment.• To manage the ALM, LCR, interest rate risk, currency risk, regulatory compliance and increase the survival horizon.• Development of team members to take them to the next level of responsibility.• To plan for and raise Tier I and Tier II capital to enhance capital adequacy and RONW. • To design policies & systems for treasury operations, ensure statutory adherence & oversee documentation for borrowing (domestic and ECBs) and covenant compliance.
