ABOUT CHANDRAMANI TRIGUN

I am an experienced IT professional with over 8+ years of expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM. At HCLTech, I served as a Tech Lead and Subject Matter Expert, where I played a pivotal role in managing complex infrastructure, driving cloud transitions, and streamlining enterprise device management.My core experience includes end-to-end administration of Microsoft Intune—handling device enrollment (Windows, Android, iOS, macOS), mobile device management (MDM), application deployment (Win32, LOB, Store apps), policy creation (configuration & compliance), and Windows Autopilot deployment. I have led complete migrations from SCCM to Intune and implemented co-management environments, along with patching via Windows Update Rings and the migration of Group Policies into Intune.On the SCCM side, I’ve worked extensively on infrastructure troubleshooting (MP, DP, SUP, SCP), application packaging, servicing, and upgrades. I’ve also managed SQL-based reporting, GPO administration, and OS deployment via PXE. Beyond technical delivery, I’ve contributed to operations leadership—driving client review calls, handling escalations, performing ticket audits and trend analysis, managing change/incident processes through ITSM tools like ServiceNow and BMC Remedy, and mentoring new team members.I’ve created high- and low-level design documents for major project transitions and bring a strategic, hands-on approach to modern workplace transformation. I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University and remain passionate about solving real-world enterprise IT challenges with scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
