   KRESS Employment Screening was established in 1990 with the goal of helping human resource professionals make informed, educated and principled hiring decisions. I started working at KRESS in 1997 as the right hand of Steve Kilgo, our founder. It was my greatest pleasure to learn from and work with such an extraordinary man. Managing the finances, marketing and human capital of our organization is truly a labor of love, as any small business owner will tell you. If there is one thing I am sure of, it is that any organization, no matter the size, is only as strong as its weakest link. Through careful screening, an informed and timely decision is the very first step in insuring you make the best hiring decisions for your organization. It is this crucial first step that can safeguard an organization and make sure their weakest link is not weak at all.
