Leading the maintenance team who are involve in developing, examination and maintenance of all plant machinery, Utility operation and maintenance, planning for schedule maintenance, Corrective maintenance and breakdowm maintenance.1- Installation and commissioning of green field project, include plan, monitor, report, review & execute the drawing of Civil, electrical and mechanical & process machinery.2- Also taking care of preventive & corrective maintenance of plant machinery & equipments such as Vibro-Sifter, High speed Mixer, Dough divider & rounder, Makeup line, final proofer, swing & rotary Oven, bread Cooler, High speed slicer, Cream filling machine, packing machin, Metal detector, Mould and packing conveyor, Printing machine, ETP/STP, Air Compressor, RO plant, Chiller plant, Ice plant & Air washer unit.3- Electrical equipments such HT/LT, APFC, PCC Panel, DG set & 33 KVA Transformer.4- Capex planning & Execution.5- Tracking & timely closure of legal compliance of Maintenance & EHS( Testing & Certification, Electrical inspection, Earth pit testing, Calibration, E-waste & Hazard waste management etc).6- Daily tracking of KPI & analysis the same & ensure thr closure of any deviation.7- Implementation of Lubrication & Calibration program, GMP, GHK, 5S, TPM, kaizen, RCA and CAPA.8- Breakdown capturing and Anaylsis of same & facilitate the MTTR & MTBF.9-Critical spares arrangments.10- Ensuring the all safety measures during operation & Maintenance.11- Implementation of LOTO-TO, work permit, Near miss reporting & closure, Safety observation, Behaviour base safety.12- Maintenance & sustance integrated managment system ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
