Proficiency in Support MacOS, iOS, JAMF, Software applications and Deployment Technologies Support Windows 7/8/10 (2008, 2012 (R2), 2016 servers) environment with VMware Horizon View environment for pooled desktops and physical workstationsLead and provide Technical Support resolving issues with workstations, Servers, Desktop Imaging, GPO, Network, SCCM, RF Scanners, MFP’s and Zebra Printers. Lead and involved in IT projects - O365 Deployment, Windows 11 upgrade, Android OS upgrades on RF Scanners and GPO Clean up. Worked with ITSM Vendors to Upgrade the IT Ticketing System like Fresh works, Service Now and Jira. Manage SLA with Stakeholders, vendors and 3rd party contractors. Measure KPI’s and Train the Team to ensure best IT Service is provided for customers. Assesses and identifies technology needs and opportunities, making recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements. Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize processes and workflows. Manage and Procure IT Assets from different partners like Dell, CDW, Newegg and other Vendors. Software License Management and Contracts (Microsoft E3, Adobe and other Enterprise applications). Assists in the development of IT policies, procedures, and standards that are in line with area of responsibility and industry standards. Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
