Telecom professional with 30+ years of experience with a demonstrated history of working in Equipment Manufacturing, Planning, Deployment, Operations and Optimization of Wireline and Wireless networks. Annual Capex / Opex budget preparation and further cost optimization through inventory control and operational efficiencies. Network modernisation planning and execution to deliver state-of-the-art and cost-effective network architecture that supports latest technologies and enables operational excellence. I have held various leadership positions in Network Planning and Operations, including CTO at 2 Telecom circles to handle end-to-end network (MPCG and APTS) and was part of Executive Committee responsible for business growth of respective circles. In these roles, I successfully led large teams spanning various domain expertise, overseeing Core, RAN and Transmission Networks. Currently I am working in Jio’s Network Operations Centre as RF Access Domain Head to support 4G and 5G RAN Operations to enable enhanced network and service experience pan India for over 500 million mobility customers.
