Managing O&M for 110+ MW distributed across 8 sites from Head Office Mumbai under “Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana Phase 1.0”.• Under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana Phase 1.0 looking O&M activity of 112 MWp solar plant located at various distributed 8 locations across Maharashtra (Beed, Solapur, Ahmednagar, Jalana, Nanded & Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).• Looking Operation and maintenance of 33/11 KV substation, Power Transformer, Bay, Pooling Substation etc.• O&M subcontractor work scope finalization & day to day follow-up from vendor for the same.• Planning and implementation of PM in accordance with OEM recommendations and plant generation up.• Team Management, Client, Compliance & OEM management.• Plant performance review, Plant generation mitigation measures.• Preparation of Daily Generation reports, Weekly performance reports, Monthly performance reports & Data Analysis.• Handling and coordinating various key components OEMs- Sineng central Inverter 2500 kva, Inverter Duty Transformers, IOCG, SMB PLC & SCADA, etc. for smooth plant operation.• Monthly JMR/AMR/Credit Note from respective DISCOM, Invoice raising and follow up for payment.• Coordinate for Technical faults of the 33/11 LKV Substation,11 KV lines, local Feeders, VCB breakers and other equipment’s of the MSEDCL team.• Managing complete operations, controllers and plan overall activity of the plant and System monitoring.• Inventory and spare parts management & replenishment of material during breakdown at site.• Coordinate & supervise the team engineers to provide the optimum technical support at the sites.• Support to clients for getting Insurance claims against Theft/Burglary/Fire incidents etc.• Liaising, approval of different government departments from MSEDCL, DESCOM.• Ensuring Plant and People Safety, 100% adherence to safety Norms/protocols.
