ACCOUNTS)• Fluxcon is a basically PEB (Pre Engineering Building) & Industrial Contracting Company.• Also handling 2 more companies one is Beams Arth Steel Building LLP & another is • Qualites Infrastrakture (proprietorship). • Main Job Description is Monthly compliances and Monthly MIS reporting• Balance Sheet finalisation, Co-ordination with CA• Monthly TDS Payments & Quarterly Online TDS Return filling.• Monthly Provident Fund Challans Generation & payment within time Limit.• Monthly PT Payment and return filling.• GST – GSTR1 Preparation and return filling considering the GSTR2B ITC.• GSTR3B Payment and return filling.• GSTR2 & GSTR2B Compression and Reconciliation.• Only GSTR 9 & 9C will be finalise by CA• Handling VAT, Service Tax and Income tax Assessments. • Client Billing Reconciliation and Bill submission with supporting and co-ordinate for Payment. • Working on Tally Prime and also approaching with SAP Systems for implementation.(FINANCE)• Proposals & Co-ordinate with Bank and handling Bank facilities. i.e. OD / CC / BG / TL / Bucket loan / Commercial Vehicle Loan,/ Car Loan / Agri.
