I come from a family where business was never about shortcuts.It was about relationships, resilience, and the courage to start again.I studied in hostels, graduated from the University of Liverpool, and entered our family business in 2009 at a time when we were still a trading-focused organization finding our footing. As an introvert, I wasn’t the loudest voice in the room, but I always believed that integrity and people matter more than noise.The real story began in when my father moved to Chandigarh with just twenty thousand rupees and my grandfather’s goodwill. My parents worked out of a small office that also served as our home. Their discipline, sacrifices, and belief became the foundation on which Chandranchal was built.From those early days, the organization steadily evolved guided by one simple belief:change is the only constant.Over the years, Chandranchal transformed from a modest trading setup into a trusted partner in India’s water infrastructure ecosystem. What remained unchanged throughout this journey was our focus on reliability, adaptability, and long-term thinking.We don’t see ourselves as just suppliers.We work as an extension of our partners’ procurement teams helping reduce complexity, save time, and ease operational pressure. When we take on a project, we treat it with the same ownership and responsibility as our own.When we moved deeper into manufacturing, there were doubts and challenges. What carried us forward was the discipline and work ethic of my father, Pawan Kumar Kejriwal, and a shared willingness to learn from mistakes.
