Analytics and Data Engineering leader with extensive experience in delivering analytics solutions for Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry in the areas of Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Traceability. Extensive experience/expertise in below areas - Technology leadership - Designing technical solutions for Data Engineering/AI/ML/GenAI projects on AWS.Building and Managing multiple cross-functional & cross-region teams of Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers & QA Engineers.Agile project management and end to end delivery of projects. In my current role in Tracelink, I head the analytics/Intelligence practice in India managing a portfolio of products across descriptive and predictive domains. In this role, along with leadership responsibilities, I am also responsible for design and architecture of these products. The flagship products under my portfolio are -Product Availability Intelligence - This product leverages a massive data set associated with more than 35 billion unique products on the TraceLink network—the life sciences industry’s largest supply chain network digitalization platform—to predict drug shortages and their duration across the healthcare supply chain.Serialized Product Intelligence - This product is an advanced operational reporting solution enabling proactive monitoring of a company’s serialized production, operational events, and compliance reporting events.In my previous role with Cognizant, I was based in Aubonne, Switzerland working for a leading Pharmaceutical/Biotech client where I led multiple analytics initiatives for their Global Manufacturing and Supply department. In this role, I was responsible for product management, design/architecture and implementation of these initiatives with multiple teams reporting to me. The key achievements in this role include - Implemented Advanced Analytics solutions to optimize biotech products packaging batch size resulting in 4M Euro saving per year in production and logistics cost.Global, daily, end-to-end supply chain and Manufacturing process visibility for 15+ manufacturing sites and users.
