Oversee portfolio of projects and programs for digital environment, including end-to-end execution and delivery, intake, backlog prioritization, financial management, and release management. Manage and forecast $40 million digital execution portfolio budget. Lead dependency management, involving oversight of cross-team dependencies and advanced collaboration that enables Agile team to stay aligned and leap work as dependencies become more complex. Maintain product vision clarity by leveraging Digital business strategy to ultimately achieve top level goals, objectives and key results (OKR). Utilize project management tools such as ADO and LeanKit to track project actions/owners and report status. Define and analyze metrics to inform product execution success. Guide 3 value streams (Servicing, Origination and Lending). Organize teams around value and elimination of silos and bottlenecks; facilitate value delivery and creation of visibility into real progress throughout process, strategy, and funding/budgeting. Coordinate Scrum for end-to-end execution and delivery, holding scrum teams accountable for schedule adherence and risk mitigation. Direct Scrum teams through prioritization of Epics/Features, execution of product, and launch to production. Lead project managers and product owners accountable for coordinating omni journey execution efforts, aggregating/tracking pod agile delivery metrics, monitoring agile pod alignment to Agile VMO and EPMO guidelines, and tracking pod product roadmap. Engage with key stakeholders to understand business strategy, intake, and manage execution and delivery of projects/programs. Communicate program status and risk. Use subject matter expertise to secure buy-in from stakeholders, partners, and customers regarding crucial programs.
