Translate Business Needs into Learning Science: During my time in the corporate sector, I acquired extensive experience with project administration that included organizing large-scale business events, enforcing compliance with contractual documentation between a governmental agency and the private sector. I created documentation of internal processes and conducted extensive research on varying topics associated with knowledge-based initiatives. I speak the language of business and can effectively extract core competencies from high-profile SMEs.2. Evidence-Based Pedagogy & Storytelling: For the last twelve years, I have applied learning science in high-need educational environments. I do not just design content; I validate it with data. I have a track record of goal-setting and achieving learning outcomes that are measurable and sustainable. I also analyze performance metrics to drive growth and most importantly, take complex concepts—whether technical SOPs or literacy curricula—and weave them into engaging narratives that stick. Currently, I am designing a culturally responsive financial literacy curriculum for learners in grades 3-8 as well as a literacy intervention program that customizes literacy strategies to improve reading, comprehension, and critical thinking. AI-Powered Acceleration: I am an active user of generative tools, including Microsoft CoPilot and Google Gemini, and I integrate them into my workflow to accelerate research and content synthesis. The company bears the hallmarks of the trailblazing spirit of Black theatre from the \'60s & \'70s, while clearly advancing Black theatre into the 21st century by developing thought provoking subject matter, realistic characters, and relevant social commentary.
