I’m a Product Manager and UX Strategist with over 8 years of experience building digital products that balance empathy, execution, and business outcomes.I began my journey in UX—not through formal training, but through deep curiosity and self-driven learning. From running global research studies at Flock and Hotstar, to influencing design outcomes at PeepalDesign and Housing.com, I’ve consistently used behavioral insights to shape meaningful product decisions.My transition into product management was a natural evolution. At Thunderpod (YC-W20), I was part of the founding team—leading the product from 0 to launch, designing habit-forming experiences, and blending empathy with data to build user motivation systems. At OYO, I applied gamification principles to internal tools that empowered property managers and enhanced guest satisfaction.Most recently, I co-founded a clean-energy venture—Solar Harbor Innovations—during a career sabbatical for motherhood. This chapter further deepened my clarity, intentionality, and self-leadership.What sets me apart is a blend of intuition and strategy.
