I am a Licensed Health Facility Administator in the State of Indiana since 2004. I bring over two decades of industry experience, having begun my career with Sunrise Senior Living in sales before being promoted into operations and an Executive Director role. I continued my growth with Sunrise Senior Living into a Regional Director of Operations role for two years and then a Vice-President of Operations for the following 7 years. I supported up to 41 communities in 9 states and Ontario, Canada. I have high standards of customer service and quality of care and am driven by results. I hold my team and myself to a high standard of performance achieved by constant feedback and measurement that drives results. Regarded for my strategic thinking ability. I take a long-term perspective when thinking about the organization and making decisions. I base decisions on thoroughly gathering data and collaborating with stakeholders prior to taking action. I am highly organized, attentive to detail, and deliberate in my work style. I am quick to identify problems and work toward solving issues at the root of the issue.
