About Chandra Shekhar Satpathy
Currently working as part of the digital transformation leadership team at IDFC FIRST Bank for retail assets, liabilities, wealth management, bancassurance and collections. I am responsible for all digitization journeys across customers & assisted flows collaborating with multiple stakeholders. I also look after multiple digital initiatives including account aggregators, digital KYC/sign/stamp, R&R, banking analysis, OCR - standard and non standard docs, digital fraud checks and more. Proficient in managing Salesforce products - sales and service cloud, SFMC, Tableau & Einstein. Also handle management of journeys on multiple mobile and web platforms. Was previously working as Product Manager for Pepperfry.com handling the mobile suite of products. Awarded employee of the year of the organisation. Prior experience as Product Manager for Jio Chat, a next-gen rich media communications platform. Hands on end to end experience in conceptualizing a product, developing it and releasing into the market. Key skills include new product development, managing product development process, writing business cases to support product strategy and optimizing customer experience based on user trials. Responsible for the development of some of the most cutting edge features being implemented for the first time in India.Summer internship experience with Aircel Ltd. in the field of market research defining product strategy for the rural and sub-urban customer base.
