Daily routine activities and special assignments. besides ensure their implementation and monitor KPI Metrics analysis, enabling of function like re-assigning the idea, Project, AC-SAT (Account customer Satisfaction survey analysis), Project CSAT Survey Analysis (PC-SAT) customer survey analysis), VALUE CREATION Idea analysis for Account and project, LOB Report Analysis, ADHOC report analysis, SDU Report analysis, Value Creation Idea’s Analysis, Revenue Analysis, L2 head Finance report analysis. Developed and improve current analytics service models and coverage in support of audit activities Collaborate with peer Data Analytics team members in sharing ideas to add value to the audit department. Continuous interactions with international clients on weekly basis.
