With over two decades of professional experience, My tenure at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd as Assistant General Manager, following a progressive role as Senior Manager, has honed my technical acumen and attention to detail.My expertise in the sugar refining process helped the management in various categories.1.Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and implementing improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and ensure quality.2.Project Management: Leading and managing engineering projects, including the design, development, and implementation of new processes or technologies. One key example is the commissioning of Electro dialysis system for Ion Exchange spent brine recovery in Durrah Refinery, Saudi Arabia.3.Technical Expertise: Providing advanced technical support and guidance, troubleshooting complex process issues, and developing innovative solutions. Have a deep understanding of process automation and executed successfully in various projects. Notably, I carried out the full process automation (manless operation) in the Powder activated carbon system along with the membrane filter press for decolourization of sugar liquor in India.5. Strategically communicate the technical shortcomings and provide realistic & practical solutions during execution of various project commissionings.6. Management skills: I have extensive familiarity with people from different cultural backgrounds and ability to adapt and thrive in new places. Currently I am managing around 150-200 contract employees in new project execution along with a core team of around 10 engineers.
