Responsibilities:• Administering end-to end payroll development activities, optimizing system, policies and identifying potential gaps for strategic payroll improvements.• Ownership of managing TPCODL- OSCR/SESU Odisha State Government employee entire Payroll including 4500+ of central division.• Accurately calculate and process salaries, allowances, deductions, and reimbursements for government employees based on the prescribed rules and guidelines of IMS Process.• Adept at handling Full & Final settlements of OS/OT employee within in the set timelines.• Processing and generating monthly bank report for purpose of salary transfer. • Ensuring complete compliance with regards to payment of statutory payroll liabilities comprising PF, ESI, PT, generating statutory, LWF, MIS reports etc.• Ensure that established policies/SOPs are being adhered, implementation of control measures.• Provide clarifications to auditors and ensure closure of audit within agreed timelines.• Handling disbursement Company Loan, Festival Loan, Advance & Bonus• Responsible for Employee Higher Pension data preparation and approval process.• Driving online/offline investment declarations and submission of proofs by employees before completion of the fiscal year.• Ensuring all retrials settlement on time UL, EL, Revised DA differences, NH payment, Ex-gratia & R&R etc.
