ABOUT CHANDRA HENRY

Chanda Henry is an experienced Corporate Board Member and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Longbow Capital Inc, a private equity investment management company that invests in innovative companies that help bring energy to the world in the most efficient, cost effective and environmentally responsible manner as we transition to a low carbon future. Ms. Henry is also a Board Director and Chair of the Audit Committee for Headwater Exploration Inc. and Board Director for Bonavista Energy Corporation and previously served as Board Director and Chair, Audit and Risk Committee for Pengrowth Energy Corporation (2018-20) and served as Treasurer and Chair of the Audit Committee and Board of Director of the Alberta Ballet Company (2012-18). Ms. Henry was CFO at WestBlock Inc, a start up company specializing in high performance computing applications and services with operations in Canada and the United States. Ms. Henry was also Chief Financial Officer at FirstEnergy Capital from 2007 to 2016 and had been with the company since 2001. She was instrumental in the completion of the sale of FirstEnergy Capital to GMP Capital Inc. in 2016 and has extensive financial, treasury, risk, operations, and regulatory experience in global jurisdictions including Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Chandra has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and has earned the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designations. Ms. Henry is also a FSA Credential Holder.
