The deployment of Lean Manufacturing, Coached and accelerated lean implementation Managed continuous improvement (kaizen) projects to improve quality, reduce costs, timing. •Works closely departmental coordinators to ensure proper strategies are performed. •Review problem investigation. •Ensure divisional action plans are thorough, and completed in a timely manner. •Conduct ongoing audits for compliance to procedures, instructions, methods, reports and forms, etc. •Provide reports and documentation of key measurables as required, and maintain a system for communicating ongoing performance such as SQDCME. •Ensure personal effectiveness through ongoing interactions and communications with all plant personnel. •Initiate action plans to support production and to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system. •Manages calibration and testing programs and administers control process. •Interface with customers on all quality issues. •Provides management and leadership in Lean manufacturing•Establishes clear expectations for all employees by holding them accountable. •Providing internal audits•Develops and trains employees. •Development of programs to motivate employees and raise morale. Works with other supervisors and members of management to resolve company-wide issues and to implement new programs, procedures or policies, and committed to resolving, monitoring and d effectively supporting change within the company.Training over employees based on the needs of the company including Coaching, TPM, CIWG (Continuous Improvement Workgroups), Communication, Environmental, Ford Production System, Waste reduction, Quality Processing, Microsoft office, supporting Six Sigma and EEOC training.
