Looking after operation & maintenance works for company projects ( Gas transmission pipeline project-34” with Sidra & Wachkah compression facilities project, EL Khomas – Tripoli ( KTGP )+ Tripoli – Malita ( TMGP ), SIRTE Oil Company under Production & Manufacturing of Oil & Gas in Libya. Client- SIRTE ( NOC Libya ) in Tripoli Libya as Country Head ( Plant & Equipment ) North African region associated with and responsible for operation & maintenance of all project assets & resources. Responsibilities are as follow-Assists the Project Manager for access the damage & loss of equipments-assets deployed in Libya during war & unrest in North African region and to put system into place to ensure work meets schedule, accuracy, and safety & quality standards- Access the present condition of equipments, insurance coverage, cost of repair, estimated cost vs. requirement, so employs efficient means of planning, organizing & coordinating work activities-Restore the operation of plants & equipments by deploying required equipment, tools & resources at different sites of this project. Allocate resources in the most optimal manner to ensure targets are met; review all works for accuracy, timeliness, quality & completeness-Devising & implementation of Management Plans for improvement in the equipments performance-Assist Dept. Heads of Engineering / Contract / Operation / Mech. Maint./ Elect. Maint./ Civil & Infra. Maint./ QA & QC / Planning & Performance; etc.
