I’m Head of Talent & People at Sardine, where, over the past four years, I’ve helped scale a remote-first, high-growth startup from the ground up as the first hire in all things People. Today, I lead a global team of recruiters and HR professionals, partnering closely with founders and execs to build a resilient, values-driven culture across time zones.With 15+ years in People & Talent, I’ve worked across industries, geographies, and company stages - including as a former founder myself. That experience deeply shapes how I lead: as a strategic, hands-on people partner who can navigate both the big-picture decisions and the daily chaos of building something real.I’ve taken the opportunity to be part of large, established companies, but I quickly realized that’s not where I thrive.
