Spearhead the end-to-end Corporate Travel Program for Godrej Industries, ensuring seamless travel operations across air, hotels, visas, travel insurance, forex, MICE, and events.• Lead a dedicated team of travel professionals, driving policy compliance, service excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction across the organization.• Strategically manage vendor and supplier relationships to optimize cost efficiencies and ensure service-level adherence with airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and other travel partners.• Design and implement comprehensive travel policies and frameworks aligned with business objectives and employee safety standards.• Analyze MIS and travel spend reports to identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and drive data-informed decision-making.• Manage contracts and negotiations for both existing and new travel partners, ensuring favorable terms, service innovation, and long-term value.• Oversee administration services including telecom operations, concierge desk, courier & dispatch services, and other facility-related support functions.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal stakeholders, optimize resources, and uphold operational efficiency in both travel and administration domains.
