Interfaces with internal and external customers and works with other facility groups and departments including mid/upper management- Participates in field walk downs to verify construction progress and non-technical completion of activities as identified on schedules and project scope documents- Participates in construction schedule development meetings to obtain understanding and knowledge of execution activities, schedule logic, durations, and interface requirements with external departments- Maintains a comprehensive awareness of scheduled project work, required interface with external work groups and project support organizations to ensure no constraints to construction activities- Represents the construction team in status, integration or other meetings related to assigned work scopes- Comprehends and follows ISMS work steps while staying current on changing work practices and policies- Verifies that work performed is being done according to technical work documents, and according to safety standards with support from construction Engineering and Craft Supervision- Coordinates with stakeholders to provide input to integrating project schedule activities into the facility scheduling programs- Participates in multiple project safety and work planning meetings to confirm schedule activities, logic and durations have been properly defined. Exercises control to implement changes necessary to ensure timely input of all data- Routinely reviews schedules and milestone commitments to ensure progress supports on-time completion and identifies potential impacts and risk to project performance.
