ABOUT JEN DAILO CHANDLER
Jen Dailo Chandler, Ph.D. is Professor of Management at California State University, Fullerton. She also serves as Director of Graduate Program Assessment for the College of Business & Economics, and is the Assistant Director of the campuswide Academic Technology Center. Dr. Chandler is an international scholar on ecosystems, platforms, and data, institutional theory, service, and technology management. Dr. Chandler holds a BA (UCLA), MBA (University of Hawaii Manoa), and PhD (UC Irvine). She serves on multiple editorial review boards, and is currently Associate Editor at Journal of Service Research. Her award-winning research is published in MIS Quarterly, Journal of Service Research (Best Paper Award 2015), Journal of Service Theory and Practice (Best Paper Award 2015), Journal of Service Management, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Creativity and Innovation Management and Decision Sciences Journal of Innovative Education to name a few. Dr. Chandler’s corporate experience spans private and public media corporations, where she works with retailing, manufacturing, high technology start-up and import/export clients. As an entrepreneur, she provided sales and management consulting to government bureaus, airlines, hotels, and media companies in Fiji, New Zealand, Australia and the US.
