About Chandler Rust
Chandler founded Steelwater Strategies as a private investment vehicle for family and friends to invest alongside him in his real estate projects. As deal flow expanded, Chandler launched Steelwater Communities to handle larger capital raises and development projects. Chandler is also co-founder of Betterway Homes. A company focused on bridging the gap to affordable housing and adding value to existing RV/MH communities.He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Accounting and a certificate in Information Systems. He is an avid commodities trader in his free time. Outside of work, Chandler enjoys golf, fly fishing, pickleball and is always open to meeting over a shared hobby.Chandler is also now dedicating part of his time to serving his community as a part time A-EMT.
