In my role as a Program Therapist, I was responsible for milieu management and overseeing program activities, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy. I worked closely with clients and their loved ones to create a comprehensive approach to healing, focusing on reconnecting the mind, body, and spirit. This holistic approach was especially vital for clients processing trauma, emotional pain, and substance abuse challenges. I provided therapy to help clients work through unaddressed or compounded trauma, fostering emotional healing and resilience.I collaborated extensively with the Treatment Team to ensure coordinated care that promoted each client\'s overall well-being. My responsibilities included developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and participating in case discussions with team members. My goal was to support clients as they navigated their recovery process, empowering them to overcome obstacles and improve their quality of life.
