As Managing Partner at Metro Analytics I\'m passionate about building teams and offering insights on transportation economics and policy for public, private and non-profit organizations. As a teenager in the late 1980s, I was an activist in state and local politics of Charlotte, NC. I enjoyed engaging candidates and elected officials on difficult issues, mapping out their political decisions and policy outcomes. After college, I was as an intern with the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce addressing transportation issues in the public affairs unit. That led to another transit internship, advanced degrees and a successful career in transportation planning & economic policy. My expertise allows me to empower clients through a consulting relationship of ongoing learning, through economic studies, planning, policy, advocacy and developing models related to all aspects of trade and transportation locally, regionally and globally.
