I am a candidate within the Master of Management in Hospitality Program at Cornell University, specializing in restaurant profitability, tax strategy, and operational excellence. With a background in both hospitality and accounting, I’m passionate about helping food and beverage businesses grow sustainably by optimizing cost structures, uncovering tax credits, and improving operational systems. My goal is to bridge the gap between creative hospitality vision and financial strategy. Currently, I’m exploring opportunities in hospitality consulting, tax credit planning, and food and beverage analytics as I prepare to launch my own consulting firm focused on supporting independent and multi-unit restaurant groups. I’m especially interested in areas such as cost segregation, the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), tip credits, and multi-location operations strategy.
