Apt at developing long-term Employee Relations Roadmap for the businesses and implemented actions arising out of that. Spearheaded Long Terms Settlements (LTS/CBA) and managed sensitive and difficult cases involving litigation, strikes, lay off, discrimination, sexual harassment, employee disputes, code of conduct. Have led and successfully closed various investigations. Ensured a consistent approach across all businesses for any breach, violation, investigation, performance related issues, speak-ups and retaliation.
