Eighteen years teaching, research and consultancy experience in Fertility, Abortion, Reproductive Health, Large-scale Survey Method in Demography and Health, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Applied Statistical and Regression Models. Experience in guiding PhD and M.Phil research to more than 20 students on different aspects on population, nutrition, and reproductive health. Having more than 100 research paper, book chapters, research reports and Monographs in population and health. Being the International Institute for Population Sciences as autonomous of the Government of India gained ample experience working with different government bodies like National Commission on Population, National Institute of Educational and Planning, Bureau of Statistics and Economics, MoSP, and National Commission of Enterprises in Unorganised Sector.
