A Human Resources Professional +Accounting with 10 years of Exp in complete HR & Accounting activities. My Education qualification is MBA (HR) from Osmania University I am an active, energetic, and passionate HR who has a strong desire to be grown up in the HR domain. I got my first employment where I learned The Basic Things of HR in Bikanervala Boutique as an Assistant HR where I am supposed to deal with people from various backgrounds. I believe that I came to know the techniques to mingle with employees and how to balance the work activities among the employer and employees. Thereafter I worked at Inductus Consulting Pvt Ltd As an HR Executive. Inductus is an outsourcing Company and our Major Project was Telenor India Communication Pvt Ltd. Here I Learned about Employee & Employer Coordination and Employee Rewarding system & Conducting culture activities which are concerns of Human Resources. Thereafter I Moved to US Operations in Sriven Systems Inc as US HR Assistant. My Roles and responsibility are a bit different compared to Domestic operations and later on, I moved to Mergen IT LLC where were taken care of US HR & Accounts Executive. Now I am working in IMCS Group with the same designation but the role is a bit different
