Simultaneously manage 80+ ALTA survey projects from start to completion and continuously handle any additional work needed for specific projects- Communicate frequently with project managers, sub-contractor surveyors and management- Track and monitor project progress with regard to deadlines and client needs- Coordinate with Sub-Contractors and client contacts to maintain project schedules- Perform quality analysis on preliminary reviews of ALTA surveys received from Sub-Contractors for compliance with job specifications and to ensure prompt response and revisions to client review comments- Prepare ALTA survey proposal quotes- Prepare and keep current ALTA survey up to date on job tracking spreadsheet and company’s own database, documenting research and investigating information contained in the files.
