Designed prototype high speed UAV in SolidWorks.• Did resource planning for fabrication of 50% scale prototype of the UAV for initialtesting• Made plugs using 3d printing and made FRP moulds from the plugs.• Made composite aircraft from the moulds using various composite fabricationtechniques.• Worked with 3d printed Molds for fabrication of some parts.• Prepared detailed AutoCAD drawings for precision laser cutting of structuralcomponents.• Fabricated various components of the structure using CNC router, laser cutter and3d printing.• Did assembly of flight control system, engine, avionics and other components inthe aircraft• Worked on Pixhawk based flight controller (cube orange) with Mission Planner asGCS on a fixed wing UAV.• Worked on tuning the autopilot of the fixed wing UAV and optimising itsperformance.• Proficient in fixed wing airplane radio control flying.
