Hi, I am a Dispute Resolution lawyer based out of Delhi. In my time as a professional, I have worked on disputes arising out of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, matters on the original side before the Hon\'ble High Court of Delhi, recovery suits and execution proceedings before various district courts in Delhi, Real-Estate disputes, CIRP proceedings and matters under Consumer Protection Act. Additionally, I have drafted policies for government and private organisations concerning Covid-19, contracts, agreements & bank guarantees and legal opinions on commercial disputes. I regularly appear before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, RERA Authority for NCT of Delhi and District Courts in Delhi. I have been fortunate enough to work with clients and on matters which has provided me with wider horizons of the dispute resolution practice in the industry.
