   Location: MOPAR HQ Warren, MI • Working with supply chain cost management / Finance team, where I have developed an automated reporting system in power BI, which involves data pull from the Data Lake, Data preprocessing, determining time thresholds & variable dependencies using Regression models, generating the KPI’s and necessary interactive visualizations. The major focus of this project is to monitor supply chain cost drivers and optimize/control the supply chain costs, which hitherto was performed using Manually leading to unwanted inefficiencies. This reporting system has brought in logical data support to facilitate accurate decision making. Also, this reporting system has reduced the manhours by a week. • Currently working on developing Dashboard with necessary analytics to monitor Cost variability through different Parts Distribution centers (PDC’s) across US, Mexico, Canada. This involves Analysis of a historical 5 years of logistics & inventory related data for trends and seasonality to support forecasting and this project gives a detailed picture on critical PDC operations and facilitate real time monitoring of possible deviations from the forecasted budgets. This Dashboard is primarily motivated to improve the accuracy of Supply chain planning and reduce unwanted procedural lapses.
