I am currently working as a Junior Data Analyst at Cognizant, where I process and code various types of individual case safety reports (ICSR) on Argus database. In my role as a Junior Data Analyst, I perform tasks such as case triage, case processing, narrative writing, labelling, causality determination, and reporting to guidelines. I also use MedDra and WHO drug dictionaries to code the events and drugs. I have completed two online courses on medical writing and medical coding, which have enhanced my skills and knowledge in this domain. I am passionate about applying data analysis and coding skills to improve the safety and efficacy of healthcare products and services. I value collaboration, innovation, and quality in my work, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a pharmacist and a data analyst.
