About Chandani Day

I am a registered nurse with a wide range of experiences and training in the pediatric acute care hospital setting, in the NICU setting and in the outpatient setting. My area of expertise ranges from managing the pediatric patient before, during and after major solid organ (Heart, Kidney, Liver) transplants. I am also skilled at caring for patients with short gut syndrome and TPN dependence. In addition to the above skill set. I also care and monitor patients during acute and or chronic organ failures and rejection.
