This shaped my philosophy, fuelling a motivation to nurture growth in fundamentally strong businesses and talent over a 25-year journey experiencing multiple market leading businesses across diverse evolution cycles, domains and market contextsMy story isn\'t linear—it’s defined by 2 purposeful pivots to achieve balance of strategic insights and hands-on execution. Early in my career, as part of Management Consulting (Erstwhile ECS merged with PwC and later PWC Strategy acquired Booze & Co), I immersed myself in diverse functional problem solving across FMCG, retail, construction, industrial, pharma and banking sectors. Here, boardroom strategies met ground-level realities, instilling in me a deep appreciation for translating ideas into actionable outcomes.Joining the Aditya Birla Group was a pivotal chapter marked by the unique global business experience in the Chairman\'s Office of Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla. Building agility across long and short term agendas, strategy and near term priority and performance execution — was valuable to build real world instincts of zoom in and zoom out. This evolved further as Chief Strategy Officer at Hindalco, where I collaboratively engineered a $7 billion transformation, reshaping the company\'s direction towards sustainable, value-added and recycling portfolio globally/India, resulting in a significant market cap growth.Recently, Leading Eternia (Hindalco, ABG) as CEO, we undertook the \"intrapreneurial\" challenge of building one of India\'s premier aluminium window and façade B2B2C brands in an unorganised industry presenting a Rs 40K Cr market opportunity in Home Improvement/Building Materials Industry. From a standing start, we scaled to 100+ franchisees across 30 cities, secured two world-first patents—Duranium alloy and WIWA scoring algorithm—and established industry-wide BIS Product standards for quality and innovation. Eternia symbolizes not just pioneering business growth, but also the empowerment of entrepreneurs across our expansive network. The IPO listing of our Franchisee, enabled by a 5 fold growth was a memorable achievement and a testimony to the Eternia platform scaling not only itself but also its franchisee entrepreneurs.My Life and work events have taken me across multiple cities and countries that has continuously enriched my observation of evolution of ideas and spaces shaping people and businesses.
